PierreGo Returns Policy
While we strive for the best customer service, things don’t always go to plan. As I’m sure you will agree, this is a fact of life. At PierreGo, you can expect the best service than any other ecommerce business. Listed below are our terms for returns/refunds.
When receiving your item, first things, or best practice is to keep the packaging in as best condition as possible. Reason for this is in the event you need to return a product; it will save you the time and any cost if applicable of repackaging for safe returns of items.
Applicable Reasons for Returns
If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations, or the wrong item was received, then you are eligible for a return. For any other reasons, please refer to our refund policy for further information.
We understand, when things don’t quite go according to plan, this can be very frustrating for most consumers. At PierreGo, we do all the heavy lifting, so you can get on with life and not worry about the complicated processes of receiving your deserving service.
When our customers request a refund/return for valid reasons, all we ask is to repackage the item (s) and if applicable, take some photos of the damaged goods. If the request for wrong items being delivered, then simply repackage the item and contact us immediately.
When a product is not what you expected, whether it’s the wrong size or misunderstood information, you should not have to deal with that and we will do all that we can so it does not cost you.
Upon returning a product, we offer you a free tracking number and a return label (applicable to some products), which is in PDF format, which you will need to print for the purposes of free shipping return.
When a claim has been filed to us, we start the process of your return. In that case, after you have received the necessary credentials, you will have 5 business days to get the item along with the free tracking number and printed PDF label, to your nearest Australian post office. Failure to do this within the time frame will forfeit your return; in which case, the cost of returning the item will be your responsibility, i.e., cost of shipping.
On receipt of the return item, your choice options are as follows:
- You can get a full refund
- We can exchange your item for a similar or better item
- Or we can offer a store discount
Return & Exchange instruction
1. within 7 days since receipt.
2. Unused, undamaged, in original packing
3. Returning shipping fee is paid by buyer in a very few cases, depending on varying circumstances.
