Tracking information is usually dispatched after a product has been processed for delivery. This can take between 1-8 days. After processing, your item will then be dispatched (Shipped), to which then, tracking information will be automatically sent to the email address that we received, upon completing your purchase from our site. Sometimes, rarely, tracking information may not be sent or received. Reasons may be that it may be in your spam or junk folder.
