Please follow the steps outlined to return an item. Before returning an item, please first read our refund policy.
Returning an item:
- Please repack item in it’s original packaging.
- Contact us immediately so that we can start the process for your return and refund or exchange
We will send you a PDF token (For valid returns), along with a free tracking number. Please print the PDF token and take that along with the provided tracking number and the pre-packed item to your local Australian Post Office.
Customer error may be the customer’s responsibility for return shipping costs.
